Porsche Melbourne is one of Australia’s leading Porsche dealerships and is also the home of Australia’s headquarters.
The Porsche site has a new used, used and demonstrator sections to the site. Being a large international company, maintaining the brands unity is key. Porsche needed a solution that could position there brand online, while keeping within the guidelines of head office in Germany.
Shout conducted website usability and search audit to address usability issues, create easier navigation and ultimate increase the conversion and leads of the site through site. This involved usability test and information architecture restructuring, wire framing and user centric design.
