The Business

Quality Hospitality International (QHI) is a registered training
organisation for Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gambling
courses. The company sells and runs these courses online.

The Challenge

QHI operate in a fiercely competitive niche. Being first to market
QHI enjoyed a period of time where they controlled a large market
share. Within 18 months 30 new competitors have entered the
market, thus diluting market share. All of QHI’s sales were being
directed from Google Adwords. With 30 new competitors bidding
on Adwords, the monthly budget soared.

The Solution

Shout was engaged to lift traffic & conversion rates and decrease
the cost per acquisition for new clients. At the end of the initial
SEO campaign, QHI ceased their Adwords campaign and moved
the full budget into a strategic and comprehensive SEO strategy.

The Results

Shout achieved first page for all 20 search terms optimised
and achieved top rankings for QHI’s major keywords. QHI is now
dominating the search engines with 70 optimised search terms.
This has led to a decrease in marketing spend, an increase in
conversion rates while decreasing customer acquisition costs.
